Caring Counselling is a counselling service that provides mental health support to individuals in need.

Caring Counselling offers a variety of counseling services, including individual therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, and group therapy.

I am a licensed Canadian Certified Counsellor (C.C.C.) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. We do not offer direct billing. Each insurance company has their own requirements and we cannot guarantee coverage. Please check in with your insurance company for coverage.  

Counselling is a useful tool for any individual experiencing life. Give us a call to determine if my style is a good fit for your needs.

The number of sessions required change depending on your needs and what we decide together on the first session. We consider your life situations, goals and level of support required to tailor to your needs.

The cost is $150.00/hr session and sliding scale options are available based off the individuals income. Please contact for more information.

As a counsellor I hold multiple degrees and a Master in Counselling. I also undergo ongoing education to better develop my skills and therapies.

The first session includes demographic information, informed consent and just getting to know each other. This helps me tailor my services to your needs.

Most individuals book 50 minute sessions. We can however adjust based off your preferences.

We require 24hr cancellation notice. If adequate time or reason is not provided you may be charged for that booking.

Both options are available for clients. You may choose which option you prefer when booking.
